Agreement
By using this website or placing an order with Dongguan PawNest Pet Products Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. Specific orders are governed by the confirmed proforma invoice or sales contract, which prevails over these general terms.
Quotations & Orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only after both parties approve the proforma invoice and we receive the agreed deposit.
Prices & Payment
Prices are quoted in USD unless agreed otherwise. Standard terms are a deposit before production and the balance before shipment. Bank charges on the buyer's side are borne by the buyer.
Samples
Sample fees and freight are payable in advance and are usually refundable against your first bulk order. Approved samples serve as the quality standard for mass production.
Intellectual Property
Designs, logos and artwork supplied by you remain your property and are used only for your orders. Website content, images and product designs owned by us may not be copied without permission.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
